Niall Carroll
Niall started his career in the Hospitality industry in the world-renowned K Club from the early age of 16. After 8 succesgull years he moved to the 5 star Heritage Golf & Spa Resort in Killenard Co Laois designed by the late Seve Ballesteros. Niall was Golf Operations Manager there for 11 years. This was a wonderful 18-hole championship golf resort with 5 star hotel and world class spa facilities onsite.
In 2014 Niall moved to St Anne's Golf Club on Bull Island 5 km from Dublin city centre as General Manager. Significant course and operational improvements were made in his time.

Jonthan Stubbs
Originally from Manchester Jonathan arrived at NJAJ after being the Senior Assistant Super at Clearwater Bay Golf and Country Club, Hong Kong for almost 3 years. His love of groundskeeping started at a young age when he attended the world-renowned Ohio State University- International Turf Grass Program. He also completed The University- Advanced Golf Course Management Certificate in Turf Stress Physiology.
After finished the programme he spent time in UK, USA, Australia and France at elite venues such as The Belfry, Hotel & Resort, Golf De Morfontaine, Royal Canberra Golf Club & Harbour Town Golf Links .
